Cobb to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance and Administration effective May 12, 2008. He is to report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Scott Howarth. In Mr. Cobb's most recent experience, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Power Integrations, a San Jose, California based fabless analog semiconductor company, for five years. He also served as CFO of PalmChip Corporation, a privately held venture funded company, and also held various financial positions at Quantum Corporation including CFO of their Hard Disk Drive Group during his 10 year career there. He also held senior audit and senior manager positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Cobb is a cum laude graduate with a B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
