MOBERLY, Mo., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Worldwide Recycling Equipment Sales (WWR) of Moberly, Missouri recently introduced two new product lines to their company -- Worldwide Sorting Systems (WSS) sorting lines, and WWR "Tuff-Man" truck tire debeaders. WSS is now manufacturing three stationary sorting systems: 6-man, 8-man and 12-man, as well as an 8-man portable sorting system. These systems include picking station, infeed conveyors and hoppers, electric or hydraulic, variable speed controls with emergency stops. Options include crossbelt magnets, impact feed conveyors, trommel screens and finger screens. The 8-man portable sorting system, the "Tuff Man," includes 8 individual picking stations with ladders, infeed conveyor with hopper and is mounted on a heavy duty trailer axle. Options include fold-up walkways, crossbelt magnet. These systems are excellent for MSW, C&D, paper & plastics, metals, wood, plus many more applications. WSS also will design and fabricate any custom system to fit the individual needs of its customer. Options: crossbelt magnets, pre-screening systems, break-away catwalks, skid-mounted and hydraulic drive systems. WWR is also now manufacturing a "Tuff-Man" Model 14 Truck Bead Puller. This unit is powered by a 25-hp 230/460V electric motor with 40 GPM hydraulic system. 7" bore main drag cylinder, heavy-duty bead cutter built into unit, 100-gallon fluid reservoir for efficient hydraulic cooling. Four lever easy-operation controls and a 60-second cycle make this unit a must for the tire recycler. The Tuff-Man bead puller is for passenger and large truck tires. It removes both tire beads at one time with 95% clean steel, and the clean tire rubber extends the life of shredder blades, produces a cleaner cut, and increases the volume of your tire shredder. Very durable for long life.
