Lane will manage BMI's current purchasing activities and strengthen its supplier base to position the company for growth in North America. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for BMI in automotive, aerospace, business automation, medical devices and other target industries. Lane offers more than 18 years of industry experience, and began his career with Delphi Delco Electronics in Reynosa, Mexico, as the company's process engineer. His previous appointments include program manager for General Electric and project manager for Sony Ericsson. Lane's most recent assignment was general manager of purchasing for Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America.
